Natalie Halloway is a poet writing from the edge of the Mojave Desert. After moving 1,300 miles from everything familiar, she rebuilt her life beneath desert skies and casino lights — an experience that shapes her debut collection, All In on Empty.
Her poems are written mid-storm: on sleepless nights, after long shifts, in the moments when survival becomes its own language. She is local to Mesquite, Nevada, a frequent visitor of St. George, Utah, and shares new work on Instagram at @natalie.halloway.poetry.
